Agency Fees
- There is an annual registration fee of $50.
- Daily Fee is $30 for weekdays $20 for Saturday or Sunday
Please add $5 for the following situations:
- Less than 24 hours notice
- Hotel Guests (registration fee waived)
Holidays
New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas: Agency Daily fee is $50. Nanny rate 2x hourly rate.
Labor Day, Memorial Day, July 4th. Agency fee is $50.
Nanny rate is 1.5x hourly rate.
The annual and daily fees are due when you request services. In the unlikely event that we are unable to fill your position, the payment will not be processed.
Sitters earn from $13-15/hr based on previous experience. Most earn $13.
Overnight sitters earn $150-250 for each 24 hour period. Hotel sitters are reimbursed for any parking fees incurred, and no registration fee is charged.
To register for temporary services, please complete Request For Sitter, We recommend clients who are interested in temp services register before care is needed, so the paperwork is on file.
To make payment, please call us with Visa and Mastercard account information.
Dependent Care Accounts
If you hire a caregiver, please check with your company to see if they offer a dependent care account program. If so, you can contribute up to $5,000. per year to pay for your caregiver. This means more money in your pocket, as this is a tax free account. Please note that funds contributed but not used are forfeited.
If your company does not offer a dependent care account, you can claim a tax credit on your return of up to $3000. for one child or $6,000. for two.
Many companies offer their top level employees a stipend to help cover the cost of childcare. Please consult with your HP department. To learn more about establishing a stipend corporate account for your business, please phone our office.
